... but does this mean that every branch of the party will have the very same agendas?

No! By fully representing what you, the people want; the DEP/FCP is able to be both true to its doctrines and yet flexible enough to reflect the variety of different viewpoints. Would the Philippians - represented through a weighted vote - have the same desires as the Chinese? Or the Thai? Absolutely not! In fact, by fully representing what the people want, vote sizing is able to accurately reflect more of the variety of cultures out there much more than the current batch of "democratic" parties.
